The Thechnology Process
Step 1: Bottom Filling and Sealing
- Water Insertion: A small water pouch is placed inside the bottom compartment.
- Heating or Cooling Agent Filling:
- For Hot Express, calcium oxide is added to trigger the exothermic reaction.
- For Cold Express, urea (a nitrogen-based fertilizer) is added to enable the endothermic cooling reaction when activated. - Hermetic Sealing: Once filled, the bottom section of the pouch is hermetically sealed to ensure airtightness and prevent leakage.
Step 2: UV Sterilization and Orientation Adjustment
After sealing the bottom compartment, the pouch moves through a UV tunnel for disinfection and sterilization, ensuring product safety and hygiene.
- UV Sterilization: The pouch is exposed to ultraviolet light, effectively eliminating any potential contaminants.
- Orientation Adjustment: Exiting the tunnel, the pouch is picked up by a robotic arm and rotated so that the top opening is facing upwards, preparing it for the main content filling.
Step 3: Top Filling Preparation and Content Dispensing
With the top opening now facing upwards, the pouch is transferred to the filling station where the following processes occur:
- Sterilization and Nitrogen Injection: The opening is sterilized, and nitrogen is injected to expand the pouch, ensuring it is ready for precise content filling.
- Content Dispensing: A precise amount of the main product (e.g., food, beverage, or other contents) is dispensed into the pouch, measured according to the pre-set requirements for that specific pouch type.
Step 4: Final Sealing and Packaging
In the final step, the pouch is securely sealed and prepared for shipment:
- Cap Placement and Sealing: The pouch is moved to the capping station, where an automatic capper securely screws on the closure, ensuring the pouch is fully sealed.
- Packaging: Once sealed, the pouch is placed on a conveyor belt and transported to the packaging area. Workers then pack the finished pouches into designated boxes for safe transport to the customer.
